## Curbie Description
FIND PARKING FASTER
Curbie is the community parking finder that helps drivers find real parking near you, free or paid, all on one live parking map.
Every pin on Curbie's map was placed by a real driver who actually parked there. That means accurate, on the ground info about free street parking, paid bays, parking lots, garages, hourly rates, and max stay limits, not stale data scraped from outdated sources.

FIND PARKING NEAR YOU
Open the app and see a live parking map of spots around you. Green pins mean free right now. Blue pins mean paid right now. The map updates automatically as paid spots flip free when their hours end, evenings, weekends, and overnight. Tap any pin to see the price, max stay, no-parking hours, and walking or driving directions. It's like having a parking finder in your pocket.

SEE FREE AND PAID PARKING ON ONE MAP
No more circling the block. Curbie shows free parking and paid parking side by side, color coded and updated in real time, so you can pick the cheapest spot near you and head straight there.

SHARE PARKING SPOTS YOU FIND
Found a great parking spot that isn't on the map? Add it in seconds. Mark it free or paid, add the hours, max stay, and price, and it's instantly available to every other Curbie driver nearby. Your local parking map gets better with every contribution.

VOTE ON SPOTS
Pin info out of date? Spot no longer there? Thumbs down. Spot accurate and useful? Thumbs up. Your votes tell other drivers which spots to trust and keep the map honest.

KNOW THE RULES, AVOID TICKETS
Every pin can show max stay limits and no-parking hours, so you know how long you can stay and when a spot becomes a no-parking zone. Park with confidence and avoid tickets and towing.

WHY DRIVERS USE CURBIE
• Real parking spots from real drivers, not guesswork
• Free and paid parking on one live map
• Color coded pins that update automatically as hours change
• Find parking near you, fast
• Works for street parking, parking lots, and garages
• See price, max stay, and no-parking hours on every spot
• Built on Apple Maps with Look Around street view previews

FREE TO USE
Curbie is free to download and free to use. Drop pins, browse the map, and open any parking spot for full details. The map grows as more drivers contribute spots, so tell a friend and help build the most useful parking map in your area.

Find parking faster. Drive less.
