Autopays a complete joke
Good luck getting your auto pay to actually work and even better luck getting someone on the phone. Canceling my policy today and recommending everyone to stay away from this scam autopay!!

A very poor service at cure auto insurance. Just a little adjustment at the back of my car is taking them so long for 5 months. Whenever I made a call to cure, to extension 7884, he practically put the call on answering machine. As I speaks, cure auto insurance hasn’t foot the bill at the service shop. I think it’s high time my lawyer comes in. What a poor and a scam organization.
Used this app and my phone exploded. Do not recommend.
I paid half of my bill and it still says I owe the full amount everytime I pay it sends a recipient but the total never changes them once the actual day of it being due comes now my insurance is cut off because of that one inconvenience smh that’s ridiculous it’s stressing me out because I cannot pay all in once if the option is their why can’t I use it ?! This app needs fixing and I definitely might consider getting quotes from elsewhere!!!!!

Insurance is insurance. App is okay. I hate the $14.95 processing fee on top of over priced insurance.
I was excited to be able to use Cure Auto Insurance at first. Reasonable rates & well it’s CURE. Jokes on me, you cannot talk to someone from USA & a manger is NEVER available and they are insanely RUDE. Every month for six months, even though I am enrolled in autopay, to avoid extra processing fees (SCAM), my autopay never works, so I have to make a payment via the web or over the pay and get charged the exorbitant processing fee(almost too convenient for them) & my text to pay, which I enrolled in for the added convenience & semi-nominal fee(again), NEVER WORKS. Are your rates so good because you gauge us in added inconvenience and fees?
Is very hard to contact them or call them. They put you on the waitlist for 45 minutes at least and once they answer the phone call they ask you to wait they’re gonna send you to another person to help you. Are you gonna also wait 45 minutes for the other person and the funniest thing sometimes with the 45 minute done, they told you you gonna wait more 30 minutes or 20 minutes to be honest insurance and everything but the only problem is contact them like to change your householder or driver or put a new car is a problem
This app is awful!!! I lost my Comerica debit card and since have gotten a new one I wanted to call and inform Cure of this because my payment are set to auto pay …. No one I spoke to was able to help me 1 rep said because it’s personal information she could not do it but I gave you my personal information upon signing up crazy…so hopefully the banking information is in the system and not the debit card numbers and I’m sure if payment does not go through they will call me .
payment section takes a little while to load but app functions alright
