Most converters read from a single feed. If that feed is slow, rate limited or down, you get a stale number or an error. Currency Today is wired to several independent rate sources and falls through to the next one automatically. A source that keeps failing is taken out of rotation until it recovers. What you get - Automatic failover: several independent rate sources, tried in order, so one bad provider does not become your problem. - Honest offline mode: the last fetched rate stays available with its age shown, so you always know how old the number is. - Rate alerts: set a target for a pair and get notified when it is reached. - Built-in calculator: run multi step conversions with a saved history. - Rate history charts: see how a pair has moved over time. - Watchlist: pin the pairs you use most. Currency Today does not require an account and does not ask for personal information to convert a rate. Terms of Use: RATE VERIFICATION Open the shield from the home screen to check a currency pair across up to three independent feeds. The app shows every reading and the source spread, uses the median, and labels a rate verified only when at least two feeds agree within 2%. If they do not, no verified rate is shown. Rates are indicative only. Your bank or payment provider may use a different rate and add fees. ## Currency Today Screenshots - [Screenshot 1](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/e9/f6/e8/e9f6e82a-e2b4-f136-7481-d457381c104b/iOS_Phones__6.9-01.png/1290x2796.png) - [Screenshot 2](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/e5/8f/91/e58f9141-de18-0cd6-ad43-fb29baa24cb4/iOS_Phones__6.9-02.png/1290x2796.png) - [Screenshot 3](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/b6/fd/74/b6fd7471-afb6-d107-f457-fb4805446ef3/iOS_Phones__6.9-03.png/1290x2796.png) - [Screenshot 4](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/55/b9/7c/55b97ce9-c568-ec7a-38bd-4d913dad182c/iOS_Phones__6.9-04.png/1290x2796.png) ## Currency Today Rating Breakdown in Nigeria - 5 stars: 3 (100%) - 4 stars: 0 (0%) - 3 stars: 0 (0%) - 2 stars: 0 (0%) - 1 stars: 0 (0%) ## Currency Today Reviews in Nigeria ### ***** "mojitos" This app keeps me updated on exchange rates faster than any site I have used.
