Currensea - Travel Debit Card

The exchange rate it good as well as the ease of use but the customer service is a absolute joke it takes about 7-8 emails for a real reply on a issue as well as several voicemails shame I really do like the ease of use when abroad but if the customer service is awful then your product is a fail

I like everything about this card. The app is great, notifications when spent and reliability. Best card I have had when travelling abroad.

After downloading I have tried numerous times link this to my bank. I can only assume the ‘handshake’ between the two organisations is flawed as unable to link to my bank. I am sure the app and card are very good just can’t find out!

This company up until now had been outstanding. - however they appear to have offshored their customer service team which I beleive is really a big mistake , it’s taken me dozens of emails to get something resolved and they have changed the desktop access and resetting processes detrimental to customer experience . I shall be closing my account soon and it infuriates me that companies refuse to offer a phone number to talk to a human being when they cause major issues with their product. Based on my recent experience I would go elsewhere for better customer service and software that works correctly. Shame !

I reported this unfortunate escaped within 1 day as required to enable a refund followed all the procedures asked for but no refund to date I am very disappointed with the delay in your action

This app and card are so good I’m never looking back! App is slick and platform obviously very clever. It is the easiest way to spend abroad and definitely cheaper than alternatives I’ve tried many other accounts and currency cards this is just so much easier and I’m making decent savings.

Absolute SCAM absolute con artists trying to take money off of your bank account and all is saying we cannot connect your bank account nearly there nearly there the tight round in the same old circle if I’ve got any way of maybe trying to report an app on the App Store, I’ll be grateful

My card arrived very quickly. Very safe and easy to use. Used the card, APP and Wallet and everything worked very well. Fully tracked my spending and saved me money! Thank you!

Great and easy to use

I used Currensea during my recent trip to the Middle East and Asia. I found that the exchange rate applied by Currensea on my transactions wasn’t good. As a test; I used Currensea and another leading brand card at the same location for roughly the same amount and discovered that Currensea’s exchange rate was worse than the other card I normally use. I tried this on more than one occasion and concluded that Curensea is not for me because I lost money, simply by using Currensea Card. I am going back to my previous card which worked fine for me.
