Stumbled across this app via social media, and couldn’t believe the level of detail then went into the training. There are specific plans for every position in either rugby or football, depending on what you want. With new/updated workouts every week, and videos for each exercise to outline exactly what you have to do. I’ve been using the app for 3 weeks now and wouldn’t consider using anything else. Finally something that tracks progress, and makes every work out exciting!
