I don't understand at all what the waitlist is for, I entered my email there and nothing happens at all
App is working, nice and logic layout. Functionality of card service is ok. You will be happy until you will need service support and unfortunately all important account functions require operator. Waiting already 3 weeks for reply about Account Downgrade, so going to Cancel account fully - very tragic customer satisfaction.
The app has a good idea. But it ended with a good idea. After registering and switching to a higher tariff, I have been waiting in vain for my card for 5 months. But the fees are deducted from me, every month. Support is useless. When I want to cancel the account, they just write here that someone will contact me. he has been corresponding with support like this for 4 months, just as I have been paying for 4 months, but still no one answers. Even though I want to cancel and they paid a "penalty" of £50. They will write to me anyway to wait for them to pass it on to another department. Of course no one answers there. I use several payment apps, but the behavior of Curve and its support is a complete tragedy. I hope and believed that a lot of people are probably served well by the app, but my experience is very bad. we will see how many more months we will write with support. I see it as a longer term "relationship".

Is there a problem with the Curve server? I had problems with the app: it was not showing my new curve cash reward from my last transaction so I deleted the app and signed back in. Bad idea! I had problems signing back in: the app didn’t accept my passcode so I set up a new one, but it still had problems. So I force closed the app and then it let me in. But the app doesn’t show my cards and transactions and I can’t change payment cards. This has never happened to me. Please help!
Despite switching from market fx to mastercard rates, they still charge a weekend surcharge
Curve is charging some of the payments twice. And when I reported thatbug inside the app, they haven't reached back to me even after several weeks!
Curve is getting desperate and abuses notifications for never ending stream of advertising spam.
