The puzzles themselves are fun as per usual for Cut the Rope, and because it’s on Arquade it doesn’t have the awful in-app purchases of previous games. But the setup of doing 3 random levels at a time is annoying, the same cut scene over and over and over is so tedious! Just let me play the game!

As the title suggests it’s not got the charm or the challenge of the original. In fact this game had no difficulty at all to experienced players. Also my biggest gripe with this game is that some of the levels are copies of older levels from previous games. The game is fine but no where near as good as old cut the rope.
Where’s the candy!
Don’t understand it at all. Need to go back to the Home Screen, click play and it brings up 3 levels which have already been completed 3 stars, but says I haven’t.
It’s a nice bit of fun and clearly aimed at a younger audience, very few of the levels (included at the moment) are puzzling at all and most end up playing themselves with so many mechanics being introduced and practically never used or given any crossover; but it’s cute, it’s got nice music and it does what it’s meant to so I can’t give it a bad review. Just don’t go into it expecting anything difficult, it’s not so much a puzzle game then it is a relaxing adventure!!
Game is too similar to hyper causal games games ALSO WHY NO CANDY
As of January 2025, this app doesn’t support landscape orientation on an iPad. I use an iPad Pro with the Apple Magic Keyboard or with an external monitor, keyboard, and mouse. It would be nice to play this app in those configurations on an iPad especially since the UX has already been designed for landscape orientation on the Mac and Apple TV.
I like it, but it needs an update
Look I love this game as much as the next person but HOW DOES ONE GET THE ARCTIC!?! I have pressed “discard adventure” 100 times to try and get the arctic but it just keeps sending me back to where I was before! I don’t know if it’s just a glitch but even if it isn’t I AM NOT GETTING 3 STARS ON EVERY OTHER LEVEL JUST TO GET THE ARCTIC!
