Now it says I cant withdraw because of suspicious activity on my account. I have asked for support but can’t get an answer or any help. Do I guess I’ve won all I am supposed to. -- Penny821, 2026-07-21 ### *---- "Disappointed" I have been utilizing this app for several years, but recently I was informed that I am no longer permitted to use it for what I believe to be an unjust reason. I attempted to reach out to their support team, but they communicated that no changes could be made. Consequently, I felt compelled to write this review and cannot recommend this app to others, as I am quite disappointed with my experience. -- Mel Nomad, 2026-06-24 ### ***** "LIARS! Scammers PLEASE READ" DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! I Had this app before did fine the longer I played and cashed out they blocked my account could not play or cash out, they updated their app and after a year I redownloaded the app a few days ago played for a few hours and they have now blocked me and told me the decision was final and forever. Pathetic people!! Nothing but LIARS AND SCAMMERS! -- KrissyLove1, 2026-06-03 ### ***-- "Fun games" Play gams and I only way I get any points on app is if I press on. Video for +3000 playing games isn’t giving me anything on this app. Download Sortify Color blast and have been playing it for a hour and got no points so I am deleting it I will download again when I get get points for game play. -- Bemack78, 2026-05-23 ### *---- "Worst ever experience" Splayed for a while earned a little money went to cash out only to find out they locked my cash out and have no explanation why customer support just replied with some b/s Response so it’s a bid waste of time just delete this app if you downloaded -- Lizward9217, 2026-05-22 ### *---- "I am unable to cash out" I have Contacted the support team and nothing has happened I am unable to cash out for whatever reason -- 123jnyc, 2026-05-18 ### ***** "Fun" Good -- KILLER FRITCH, 2026-05-10 ### *---- "Not working anymore." It was a good app but all of a sudden my account is locked and they can’t tell me why and that they can’t do anything about it and it’s the final decision. Looking at other comments and other people have locked accounts as well. Don’t waste your time. It worked well until a few months ago when my account got locked and the won’t fix it. Told me I trigged anti-chit whatever that is. And others have too so it’s a game issue and they blamed me. -- So far it is good, 2026-05-04 ### *---- "Fake scam app" Real apps tell you exactly how much you make and don’t make you watch 300 ads for 25¢ if you want to make some real money try out Evermore Arcade you’ll make way more on there. -- Bearijuana, 2026-04-22 ### *---- "Scam game" Never paid me the money I accumulated and came up with a lame excuse that I was locked out by suspicious activity. Don’t waste your time with this one. Plenty of legit ones to bother with this scam game. -- HISseeker, 2026-04-18 ### ***** "Starter Bonus" Enter code M21I82Y when you sign up to unlock your first mission and get a head start on your balance! -- Alexisx4, 2026-03-27 ### *---- "What??" OK, I have updated my stars to -0. I opened my account last week and it said that I had been locked out. I communicated with them. Then I got an email from them that said they canceled my account which couldn’t be undone. That’s OK. I don’t use you much anyway. Just a heads up to those who do download this app to look out don’t expect payment from them all the time and if you do get locked out even if you communicate with them and haven’t done anything wrong, they will cancel your account. JustPlay is much much better. And I haven’t had any issues with them. Also try out Eureka their limit to withdrawal is only $5 as to where Benjamin’s is 20 or 25. I’m not sure. Just trying to save y’all the heartbreak if you wanna call it that. Isn’t that going to be something when they realize their system has been hacked while accusing their followers of what? And why would I have any other concerns to come to you about? It’s looks like you need a new tech person. The following are the emails they sent. Look familiar? According to a LOT of recent reviews this is happening to almost everyone. Hello! Thank you for reaching out! The anti-chit system has been triggered, we are checking your account. In the results of the check we will inform you additionally, please wait, it may take some time. Thank you for your understanding! Best regards, CUZE Support Team -- Barbranumberonefan, 2026-02-06 ### *---- "Customer service" My account is blocked for something I did not do. Can't tell me what violation it was and on discord other people are having the same issue.i have $2.13 I can't claim. I am blocked there is nothing they can't do about it and they are not going do anything. It's all because an anti chit system was activated. -- Cangle01, 2026-02-05 ### **--- "Good game if your the lucky few" I have been with this game for several years and it was legit. My wife played as well and she banked some good money. We were hardly with it and advertised to friends and family. Then there was the issue where they had the system failure we couldn’t play for a while. Last month jan 2026 we found it came back online and out balances were still intact. We started playing until my wife was unable to withdraw due to “anti-chit”. About 2 weeks later it happened to me as well. I emailed support and after three emails back and forth they told me that were triggered the anti-chit and they are sorry that there is nothing they can do by policy. It’s unfortunate because the games are fun but if your one of the lucky one that can play cash out often before they steal your earrings. I emailed to ask how we triggered the anti-chit but have but received a response -- jc20865, 2026-02-04 ### **--- "Can’t cashout can’t play games" I do like app but seems to have a bug problem I hope they fix for iPhone android phone because you just can’t do anything in one I hope they get Venmo and cash app or Amazon that will be great -- CeemiaDaCashybabe, 2026-01-22 ### ***** "I love the app" I really love the app -- Alligilbert, 2026-01-12 ### **--- "User Beware" I used this app for a few months and was able to withdraw actual money. That’s the only reason I’m not giving it a single star. They closed my account due to triggering an “anti-chit” alert. Not quite sure if this means I was cheating, and if so, how one might cheat at playing solitaire. All I can assume is that the developer got sick of paying out and falsely accused me of cheating. So one star is what this app, and all their games, are truly worth. Don’t waste your time. -- Don’t Bother2, 2025-12-21 ### ****- "Great app" I love this app. It helps with getting some extra cash. The games are fun too. -- Taterbugxo, 2025-12-12 ### *---- "Locked" Was ok until my rewards were locked -- sadly disappointed customer, 2025-12-07 ### *---- "Withdrawal always locked" I just started using Cuze and was up to .38 cents and then out of nowhere is said suspicious activity on my account and withdrawals are locked. Don’t bother with this app. It’s been days now and I’m still locked out for just using the app like it’s designed.
