## CVFCU Mobile Banking Reviews in United States

### **--- "No mobile deposits!"
What happened to mobile deposits??? I can no longer deposit checks on the app??
-- Ray K Jr, 2025-02-12

### *---- "Bill Pay is Terrible"
The new bill pay system is terrible and very confusing. You need to toggle between several screens to see what’s been paid and what’s pending. They are still using USPS in some cases to pay bills. This new system just started a few weeks ago and I’ve already had 3 payments arrive late and incurred late charges. The app was down for almost 2 weeks while they “made improvements”. lol!
-- NickAname 2, 2024-12-28

### **--- "Ok when it works"
It shuts down while you are in the middle of something. Bill pay has not been working at all for a couple of days.

12/2/2024 update…. The app is worse since they did an update. Mobile deposit is gone now and so is Face ID login. Bill pay is less user friendly than it used to be. Not sure why we had to go 1 and 1/2 week without bill pay ability for a worse app experience.
-- EddieOmegaManX, 2024-12-03

### ****- "Mobile Checking"
I am very happy with the app, but the ability to deposit checks through the app would be a great addition!
-- Lokdownman, 2021-06-24

### *---- "Crash"
Works Sometimes!!!!
-- gh gg iif, 2020-09-16

### ****- "Love the app"
I love the app but I wish there was mobile checking that would really be a great update
-- Dope irishman, 2018-02-16

### ***** "Love it"
Love the website update and finally an app dedicated to the credit union.
-- Mark Dopko, 2015-03-10
