Have fun sailing fantastic boats in 3D in-shore regattas, right from the comfort of your phone and without even getting wet.

In this game, you will use the wind to move your boat fast and win regattas against other boats. You will be the skipper, the helm-man and will also trim the sails.

The main features of this realistic sailing game are:

- Online sailing: sail against real people!
- Or play in 'solo' mode: you'll compete against the computer, with different difficulty levels.
- A perfect way to refine your sailing techniques and tactics, or to learn how to sail in life-like situations. 
- For beginners, cWind can coach you from marker to marker, by means of steering helps and progressive tutorials.
- A very complete instruments panel will give you all the data you'll need to brew a winning tactic and arrive first on the finishing line. But if you find that's too much, you can switch back to the 'basics'.
- Several boat types, from a 19th century cutter to the latest Imoca 60 footer. And now a new beach catamaran. The boats have their own characteristics and need to be sailed accordingly.
- Several regatta courses, some easy to start with, others very difficult to complete. Some of the regattas are even more challenging than what you'll ever encounter on real water! So make sure you choose the right boat for those... and keep her well trimmed at all times!
- The game implements the ISAF 2013-2016 racing rules of sailing. Respect them or you'll be penalised, like in real regattas!
- An on-screen radar will show you a tactical view of the course and will guide you from marker to marker.
- Two game modes: pure regattas, or regattas "with a twist", where you will hunt for "magic things" on the course to capsize the other boats, steal their wind, give you a turbo boost, and more...

You will have to use the wind and tidal currents to your advantage. You will steer the boat by tilting your phone, and you will trim your sails yourself for maximum speed.

Crap app not sailors , failed math. Says relative wind angle is 45degrees when its 90, has this boat doing 60km. Steering is awful, wind is a joke. Its obvious that maker is more into $$$$ than accuracy needs lots of work..

This ain’t the America's Cup. It’s just a game. If you want to go sailing, then spend 22 million dollars, get yourself a nice boat, and head for the Isle of Mann. If you just want to have a little fun playing a sailing game, then download this one.

This is great. Could you add the Adu Dhabi Ocean Racing boat to the game because they won the VOR. Add more realism to it. And get rid of the oil tanker really quite annoying.

For the price it is, I expected much more care. The UI is very sloppy (looks and feels like a DOS game from the 90's); the playability is poorly thought through (e.g. message boxes pop up in the middle of the screen, covering your boat so you can't see... but your race still continues!); the computer AI is very basic (e.g. why do the boats always run into each other?); and the rules are completely unrealistically enforced (e.g. Rule 15 seems to not exist at all). 
Summary: WAY overpriced, poorly developed, frustrating to play.

I have yet to find a great sailing app until today.  I was going to design one but this one is great.  Please allow us to change the wind and seas. Lose the oil rig and throw in a storm or two. Multiplayer is non existent with so little players. Not enough of us I guess.  I'll keep trying till I find someone.

### ***** "BEST SAILING APP FOR IPHONE (in my opinion)"
I'm a regatta fan.  I tried top sailor-meh.  But this one is amazing.  The strategy is great, it's loads of fun, the boat selection is wonderful l.  I do not have many complaints about this app.  How ever these are the ones I could muster up.  The tanker entering the course is a bit weird.  And there is no strategy tutorial. But that's really it.  I love this game.  

Ps can you guys get a volvo ocean 65 in the game please. If you do that will make my day!
