The app provides access to on-demand after-hours transportation through Safe Ride, which runs seven days a week between 6 p.m. and 3 a.m. Riders will be able to locate shuttle stops closest to their location, and identify the quickest and most convenient route. CWRU security officers drive all on-demand Safe Ride vehicles. ## CWRU Spartan Ride Screenshots - [Screenshot 1](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource122/v4/b4/d4/12/b4d412b4-2cf8-d70e-24ed-aa5b2d1e7da0/d4e9b660-4b86-4d68-8017-4124112062da_Simulator_Screen_Shot_-_iPhone_11_Pro_Max_-_2022-08-15_at_13.28.06.png/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 2](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/Purple112/v4/04/2d/bb/042dbb1d-9247-b362-fee4-172730142bfc/d3740202-596a-4f5b-bcbb-88f7ffbd1042_Simulator_Screen_Shot_-_iPhone_13_Pro_Max_-_2022-08-01_at_17.13.30.png/1284x2778.png) ## CWRU Spartan Ride Rating Breakdown in United States - 5 stars: 3 (8%) - 4 stars: 1 (3%) - 3 stars: 0 (0%) - 2 stars: 4 (10%) - 1 stars: 32 (80%) ## CWRU Spartan Ride Reviews in United States ### **--- "Half-functional at best" The tab that shows shuttles works great. The SafeRide is terrible. Predictions are so inaccurate they might as well not even be there. Notifications haven’t worked since last update, 9 months ago. For a school full of engineers, I’d expect better. -- Luke P. 1, 2026-01-28 ### *---- "Horrible" Wait times are inaccurate so you wait by the door only for it to increase and decrease. Better luck walking in the cold. How is there such a bad app at a school teaching computer science? -- Hgjfvjfvjfvhfv, 2025-12-16 ### *---- "more bugs than a bug infested house" please fix this app. Lags, location doesn’t update, slow. Just awful in general -- PWhoDoesntLie, 2025-03-20 ### ***** "Good app" Its has gotten alot better. Case ppl just complain about everything -- mathgene, 2023-11-16 ### *---- "STEM School Can’t Create A Working App" Will show shuttle routes from 12 hours ago and gives hour-long saferide waits. -- Sunscreen Addict, 2023-11-11 ### *---- "Terrible ride time" Whoever created the scheduling algorithm should have their CompSci degree taken away. -- Sandman887, 2023-01-28 ### *---- "Might as well not be designed" Drivers will simply cancel your trip during rush time, even if you have waited for over half an hour. It’s just a waste of time to use it. I have never seen a worse ride app than this one. -- Serena. CL, 2022-11-20 ### *---- "Dysfunctional" Needs major improvements, pick up time is never accurate and app glitches all the time. Ridiculous wait times, CWRU needs to hire more drivers. What are we paying the ridiculous amount of tuition for anyways -- mirandamxo, 2022-10-21 ### *---- "Horrible app" The first problem with this app is it doesn’t let you know how long you have left until your safe ride leaves they also only allow you to request 3 riders instead of 4 like with the old app. If you are going to have 5 people in one safe ride what’s the point of not allowing us to request a safe ride for 4 riders. -- Semajon, 2022-09-10 ### *---- "Updates desperately needed" WHY AM I NOT NOTIFIED WHEN THE SAFERIDE ARRIVES?? When it says 30 minute expected wait I then set my phone down expecting to wait 30 minutes. I did that expecting to get a call in thirty minutes BUT TEN MINUTES LATER I HAD MISSED MY RIDE???? Y’all this is ridiculous. They say they upgraded the app but this has never been so flawed -- a bummed out senior, 2022-09-10 [View all CWRU Spartan Ride reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Apps Similar to CWRU Spartan Ride - [STARNow](https://apptail.io/app/starnow-Njtc/united-states) - [EagleExpress - Marquette](https://apptail.io/app/eagleexpress-marquette-bVid/united-states) - [W&M Campus Escort](https://apptail.io/app/wm-campus-escort-Roch/united-states) - [Wheels2U](https://apptail.io/app/wheels2u-ASLi/united-states) - [IU Ride](https://apptail.io/app/iu-ride-WBWl/united-states) - [UTA Mav Mover](https://apptail.io/app/uta-mav-mover-OsOn/united-states) - [Middlesex County RIDE](https://apptail.io/app/middlesex-county-ride-Nvpp/united-states) - [ASMSU Safe Ride](https://apptail.io/app/asmsu-safe-ride-YoUs/united-states) - [UC Davis Safe Ride](https://apptail.io/app/uc-davis-safe-ride-pzjt/united-states) - [SunRide - powered by SunLine](https://apptail.io/app/sunride-powered-by-sunline-skBv/united-states) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
