Kind of useless… can just use the airline app which also has more options. The app makes you change your password constantly and if you use .mil address you may not always be able to conveniently Login when your password expires. It’d be great if they added the ability to rebook. I’ve been sitting on hold for an hour now…

Useless

Useless. No features. No usable features. Not used by CW SATO corporate. Very interesting indeed🧐

Overly Cumbersome login

Needs CAC access for login and automatic link to website travel records.

Not useful

No function to import/add trips using trip locator. No option to merge existing account to an updated email address.

Hot Garbage

This app user to work, but now it won't recognize my login and password. Junk app. Why even bother with this piece of hot trash

I'm getting nothing

I'm getting nothing with this app so far. I login and it says, state.not.found....blah blah blah. I don't understand. I was hoping this would be useful so that I could book my own travel. I'll try a few more times and hope for a better outcome. Okay. This app never worked so I'm going to try My CWT. Hopefully I'll have better results.

Doesn’t work

I’m trying to contact my travel counselor and it keeps prompting me to call myself.

No record locator

I like that there’s an app! I need my record locator so if I do have to call…I don’t need to find the email. Thanks!

First time leaving a review. Amazing app. Was not expecting how good it is.

Crap app

You can’t book or change flights on the go. Password resets are ridiculous… too frequent, hard stops, and must go to .mil email, which obviously isn’t available on this phone (which is the point of having an app). The other airlines’ apps actually work. Waste of my time.
