THIS IS A SCAM!!!!
Do not ate you time or money. Useless app does not provide what you want- No dedicated IP address, still charge monthly although on yearly plan, and don’t cancel when requested multiple times. Had to cancel credit card and still they charge it!! Locked me out of my account and won’t let me recover it, keeps saying recovery link expired. Paying for something they won’t let me use then keep sending me upsell email SCAMMERS!!!

CG is surprisingly awesome! It’s easy to use and just works really well. I purchased the dedicated IP also and it just feels smooth and simple. My main focus is for additional layers of security. The speed is not bad at all. I am most impressed with how simple I am able to login and setup my dedicated IP across my multiple devices.

Computer freezes
When using on MacOS the internet freezes and I have to reboot the computer. Also annoying that there are many “at home “ sites that I cannot access.

Unable to perform a Google search or connect to online banking
I subscribed to CyberGhost VPN for two years, but six months in, I encountered persistent issues accessing basic services like Google and online banking. This forced me to rely on Norton 360’s VPN as a temporary solution, which has been seamless in comparison. Norton VPN may have fewer issues due to its integration with security software that helps maintain a more consistent connection and less visibility to service providers. Unfortunately, CyberGhost’s customer service has been unhelpful—often feeling more like gaslighting than support. Given these frustrations, I’ve decided not to renew my CyberGhost subscription when it expires in April 2025.

Atrocious Company
Have paid them hundreds over the years and still treated with disrespect and lack of care. App has frozen for over 2 years now and they just reiterate the same robotic and insulting replies with zero accountability or coherency. They do not reward loyalty nor do any managers follow up and provide any remedy to rectify a well known and still current issue. They really are ghosts at the helm.
