Worst customer service
It absolutely didnt work in China, which they didnt showcase before you purchase of course. And then they send you the same automatic message to try again, when you make a complaint to the customer service. I wanted my money back obviously, they still haven’t sent me back after one month struggling to speak to someone who is not a robot. What a company….
This Product is a Scam
Be careful because if you want to use the trial version to test the app, it will instantly charge the yearly fee and you can't get a refund. The VPN itself does not work allegedly, I have tried setting it to Turkey in the pro version they forced me to buy by literally instantly charging my card, and none of the websites I used thought I was in Turkey, they saw right through this alleged "VPN". I demand a full refund.

Amazon Prime detected that Im using a vpn service so the problem remains the same, the only change is that i can search the show but still can’t watch it. Prime says that I can watch the show if I turn off the vpn service but If I do it says the show is not available in your country
