Easy to use, working well
Nice and easy to set up and use. Working well with no issues so far.

Lots of countries and very fast
CyberGhost was very simple and useful and had a very fast connection. It had lots of countries that other vpn’s don’t have. Although there is a yearly payment it is still the best vpn I’ve had.
Doean't work in China
Can I get a refund as it doesn't work at all in China.
Frustrating
Can’t see the required dashboard from the apps and to recover the password to log on to a computer crashes everything and doesn’t sent the reset link. A mission to get onto Apple TV when it seems every other VPN (especially at this level of cost) has an app you can just get. Don’t do it.

FAST RESPONSE
I needed helping changing my account email, so I contacted CyberGhost support team, and they responded in under 5 minutes. They were able to fix my problem in less then a hour. I’m one happy customer. :)
Could do with a bit more control
I think it’s a good vpn, however I would like it if you could select more than just the country. I live in New Zealand, so if I wanted to connect to America, a city on the west side would be the best place to connect. If I end up with New York I get almost double the ping I would get if I connected to Los Angeles. Another complaint I had was when I connected to some servers it would get stuck at 1kb download & 1kb upload and wouldn’t change from that. Would be cool to be able to blacklist servers so you didn’t have to re-experience problems like that. Anyway, overall I don’t have much experience with using VPN, but I do still find this the best I’ve used so far. I’d give it another star if you’d fix the server problem, and even maybe 5 stars if you made it so there was more control in the app.
Keeps loging me out
I have been a paid subscriber for a while know. I recently moved to iphone. It glitches so much. Keeps logging me out all the time. Please help
