Good when it works
The CG app on iOS has not been updated in ages. It doesn’t open, keep seeing the buffering logo then it crashes. Happens on iPadOS as well. The customer service says no issue, whereas others I know are also facing the same issue. Whats the point of paying for a vpn if its own app doesn’t load. They also need to develop some workaround for countries where vpn is banned, I need it while traveling.

Connection problem
I have 3 years subscription with cyberghost. It worked fine for first 8 months. Then it suddenly stopped working. It does not connects to any server. Like my 2 years of subscription have literally been wasted. The support team is no help either.
