SensorSafe:

Peace of mind for you, ultimate safety for your child. SensorSafe is a fusion of smart technology and smart design: a unique child monitoring system that ensures the safety and health of your child is always your first priority. The SensorSafe clip attached to the harness system, keeping you informed of the safety and health of your seated child at all times. SensorSafe provides essential alerts to help prevent critical situations: when your child is left unattended in the car, if they unbuckle the clip themselves, when the ambient temperature of your vehicle is too hot or too cold, and if your little one has been seated for too long. All alerts are received via Bluetooth directly to your smartphone through the CYBEX app that also provides guidance on installation, how-to videos, FAQs and more. The Cybex App is designed for use without the Sensorsafe dongle.

e-Priam:

The e-PRIAM just got smarter. With the new CYBEX app, you will get even more benefits from this revolutionary e-stroller. Download the app to unlock the Rocking function – enabling you to set the e-Priam to rock back and forth automatically. Whenever your child needs calming down, activate rocking to gently soothe them to sleep. Choose between three intensity levels and set the rocking duration for up to 30 minutes. Enjoy a more comfortable journey with your child by choosing the Support Mode on the app. Choose the ECO mode to save battery charge on longer strolls.

The old app worked perfectly. I upgraded to the new app and can’t add either of my two clips. Tried multiple phones Android and iPhone nothing works. Now I can’t get the old app back

App is constantly logging me out of my account and for some reason uses an obscene amount of data — hundreds of MBs of mobile data used up in the background for no reason. 

I could go on, but by far the biggest fault is that it always fails to send a Sensorsafe alert when it should, which is the only point of this app in the first place.

If you use the app for the sensor safe notifications there is no option to only have those. You will get push notifications for marketing purposes (sales etc). It’s extremely irritating

It’s impossible to do anything in this app expect click through the steps of what it offers or skip it. Either way you land on “create” or “join” an account when you already have one. So getting alerts for your device but the app simultaneously isn’t acknowledging that you have one in the app. It’s so frustrating that something so expensive doesn’t work well. And when you’re trying to move fast with kids, this is impossible to do with this app.

I have the sensor safe clip & dongle version and this app is unable to find the bluetooth devices.  All permisions was allowed and the instructions followed step by step but looks like I’m using an incompatible app.

We used to have a previous app. And it worked well. This one constantly tell us that the kid is in the car when we all are driving. Or it tells me that the kid is buckled when we left the car with the kid. I’m receiving a bunch of falls alarms. Which by the end make those features useless because when something really happens I’ll just automatically ignore it 😒 there is something about the Bluetooth connection I feel.
