Very poorly written App
This app must be one of the worst digital magazine app I’ve ever seen. It often get stuck in “queued” state and refuses to download. Or It forgets that you are subscribed and asks you to pay for an issue. The customer service doesn’t exist. Repeated emails go unanswered. The subscription fee of $50 a year is very steep, considering other cycling magazines usually range fro $12 to $30 a year.
The new update broke the App
It was used to work fine. The new refresh of the App broke it and it does not restore my issues. However, the customer service is even worst than the app. I contacted them that their app is broken. They asked me to contact Apple. I did. And apple said that they are only a store front and the publisher needs to correct the problem. So far, I paid $49.99 to renew my subscription and app doesn’t work. And since more than 30 days has passed canceling the subscription would not get my money back. At the end of the day they have my money and I have their broken app.
Not always to easiest to read but happy that I can
Look. Reading a mag on your iPhone iPad isn't always the easiest. But for a low price I get this top notch mag electronically delivered every week so I'll live with it. 5 stars. Thanks.
A must fir cycling fans
Been impressed since I got this. The news and articles are first class!
Easy to use
The app doesn't crash. I can archive previously purchased issues.
