Sorry worst app ever no longer using it

There’s only a sign in option no sign-up option do better

HOW DO YOU SIGN UP

It will not let you use it for some reason you can get in to sign in but you are stuck on that screen the whole time

How Do You Sign Up

There is only an option to sign in and not to sign up. I worked on this for 2 hours and got nowhere. Please explain how I sign up.
