## Cygnett Smart Reviews in Australia

### *---- "Nightmare"
Changed my router, so naturally, needed to set the light up again! Oh what fun! Just gave up after what was probably almost an hour!
-- aaroninclub, 2025-11-12

### *---- "Garbage app n bulbs"
The blurb says app is updated regularly. It’s been 3 years. These products are sub sub standard. Discovery of devices rarely works and loses permanent registration within the Home app.
No wonder the bulbs were being sold dirt cheap at Harvey Norman in AU. Reject products
-- Okeyjet, 2024-08-01

### *---- "Bad toy"
Why can’t you have a minus when you do star ratings it does not deserve one star. It does deserve a -10 stars. !!
-- `BONDY 007, 2024-02-20

### *---- "It works but you can’t schedule the light to change colour?"
Night shift mode would make it alright.
My partner couldn’t get it to work.
-- Danteum, 2024-01-23

### *---- "Cygnett should be ashamed of themselves"
This app has single-handedly destroyed my opinion of this brand. That they would sign off on this complete piece of garbage is a condemnation to their level of care, that I simply can’t believe.
-- Pinchies, 2023-08-31

### *---- "Utter waste of time"
Spent the best part of 30 mins trying to connect to one of their not so ‘smart’ lightbulbs. Could not detect my wifi (2.4ghz) connection at all, what a joke.
This was only after getting all of your personal details they somehow needed, and making yet another new account for yet another service.
I would give 0 stars if possible.
-- Psycho Pass, 2023-06-25

### *---- "Proper GARBAGE"
Like many others here, I have been stung by Cygnett’s products. They simply do not work. I think it is scandalous that they are still on the market to be purchased by unsuspecting consumers. Absolute JUNK. They are a waste of time and money. Avoid them at all cost.
-- *Ninja, 2023-04-14

### *---- "Still not fixed"
Years later and all the old reviews still hold true. The developer has given up on their customers.
-- Brenno1999, 2023-03-28

### *---- "Can’t get a code"
Tried quite a few times to get a code sent to my email but was never sent tried for over a week but still nothing. Sending this annoying so called smart bulb back to shop
-- chersami, 2023-01-20

### *---- "Very disappointed"
I bought Wifi LED lights from Big W and did try to connect through the app several times and tried all the trouble shooting. Unfortunately wasted time and money. Returned the item. Very poor app functionality and would not recommend this to anyone.
