## Cynch Description
We took home delivery to a new level! Cynch is one of the easiest and most convenient ways to get your propane grill tank delivered straight to your doorstep. Whether you are exchanging your used tank with us for a fresh one, or you need a spare tank to have on hand when you run low, we have you covered! With our simplified online ordering process, you can have your tank ordered in just a few clicks! Once ordered, we at Cynch take care of the rest, because you have more important things to do with your time! Get your first tank exchange with us for just $10* by entering the promo code STORE at checkout. *Plus sales tax where applicable. Available in Cynch service areas only. Expires 12/31/2022. Other Terms and conditions apply:

NO COMMITMENT
There is no subscription or commitment to use us. But we hope you'll love the convenience so much that you will order again! In fact, once you’ve set up an account, your next order “is a Cynch”!

NO-CONTACT DELIVERY
Deliveries can be fulfilled whether you are home or not. It’s easy...just give us instructions on where to leave your spare tank or access the tank you will be exchanging to help the delivery technician make the exchange or delivery efficiently. We are unable to provide delivery time windows, so it is important that you leave the tank in a secure location our driver can access, such as your driveway, in front of your garage or on your front porch. We will ask you to choose where you will be leaving your tank in the check-out process (just like package deliveries).

TANK ACCEPTIONS
We accept all tank brands; however, it must be a standard grill-sized tank. If you don’t have a used tank to exchange, you’ll need to order a spare tank from us.

ABOUT CYNCH
Cynch is an arm of AmeriGas Propane L.P. that specializes in the home delivery of grill tanks. Officially launching in 2019, we have been growing into many major cities around the United States focused on giving our customers the best experience when purchasing a grill tank. Let's be honest, we could all use a little more time during the day and with Cynch we hope to give some of that back to our customers!

## Cynch Reviews in United States

### ***-- "Slow to load"
Probably a backend performance issue but this app is realllllly slow to start and often I end up just force quitting and starting again because it just sits their “Loading….” and all I want to do is order more gas.
-- jsonlinter, 2025-04-29

### ****- "No time of delivery"
Hello, I didn’t have any problems with the app, it’s just that I made an order for an exchange for the next day (tomorrow) and it’s not giving me a time which it pretty important since I need it for tomorrow. I called the number under “contact us” and no answer which the voicemail seemed kinda sketchy and had no other option but to leave a voicemail. I hope I hear back soon.
-- Questionable???, 2025-04-09

### *---- "App won’t let you sign up"
Same experience as other users…entered all info 3 times and nothing happens. Guess I will just go to Home Depot.
-- pickabetterapp, 2024-11-02

### *---- "Incredibly poor"
I cannot believe that any business could have a website so bad. Not even the updated version works.
-- fetelwork, 2024-08-20

### ***** "Awsome!!"
Love this company and app very convenient. No more lugging my propane tank to the store. Going on my 5th order
-- yoyokiller243, 2024-04-12

### *---- "Do not install app"
App does not work. Issues with lockup and unable to create new account. App should have never been released and was never tested in non production environment prior to release to production environment. Downloaded and uninstalled within the same 2 minute window
-- BJAC TX, 2024-03-02

### *---- "Your app need attention"
I tried to create an account and the submit button does not work. After reading reviews….i am not the only one with issues.

I’m going somewhere else.
-- charlie in Frisco, 2024-01-03

### ***** "Worked as expected"
I had already created an account online and I used the app to order 2 exchange tanks. I signed in and the app worked perfectly, already had my card and address on file and let me use a promo code. Done in 2 minutes
-- dan beltran, 2023-11-16

### *---- "Can’t order!!"
This app was pretty good. Easy to use and a quick way to get a propane refill on order.
But apparently this latest update results in the app always crashing where it’s just says “loading.”
I hope someone listens and fixes it soon or I’ll have to find a new service.
-- Roboman270, 2023-08-29

### *---- "Doesn’t Work"
Tried to enter my information to open an account and the app kept crashing. Wouldn’t work. Unless.
