Absolute rubbish
Only works when it feels like it. Every IOS update upsets it. It’s never updated and is far too temperamental

As far as a tracker goes it works well enough, I had expected it to be an immobiliser/tracker as it had an app with it. Would make far more sense to immobilise the vehicle if it didn’t have an authorised version of the app running in the vehicle. Lately I find myself putting it in service mode during the day as even when I have the app running it still seems to ask me to confirm the vehicle is safe...quite tedious. It would also be nice if the Apple Watch could be included so I could acknowledge the vehicle is safe without having to fight to get the phone out my pocket in a small cab 20x per day!
Basic operation essentially works ok although cannot access the app settings as log in credentials don’t recognise me despite password change. It works ok and call centre thorough when forgetting my phone but needs improvement.
In theory it is a great idea but I just can’t get it to work. It never recognises the app in automatic mode so I have had to switch to manual mode which then defeats the idea of getting the car tracked as soon as possible if it was stolen. I hope there is an update to the app so this can be rectified, if so I will change my rating, currently very disappointed!
Had this now for my mini F57 Cooper , works very well hooked up to recognise radio and the CarPlay so it quickly connects . Obviously every now and then it goes wrong and t The telematics people ring you , but at least you know they are monitoring it !! So we’ll done
Please help. It comes up saying “please check that your email address is correct and try again” I’ve tried 2 different email address If uninstalled and re-installed
The app wants 24/7 access to location data and Bluetooth. Unacceptable. Only when I go to my car will I give it access. Even with location data and Bluetooth access enabled, app open and active, all prior to engine start, it never detects my phone in-vehicle and alerts. The chip tags were far far easier to use and always functioned. But you can’t sell that data as a revenue stream. Subject to insurance requirements I won’t be renewing.
Seems to be having problems in the last week of not working and knowing when the car has started and stopped. Need to get the automatic system working as don’t like having to touch my phone to accept the alert when it does work. Needs to be looked into
Despite numerous emails assuring me a new update was coming, this app doesn’t work. In theory, if someone starts my car without authorisation, I should be alerted with a phone call. This doesn’t happen. The app should pop up to ask me to confirm, but this doesn’t happen either. What a waste of £500+
Great idea that doesn’t seem to be ready yet. Most trips d-I’d doesn’t work. We’ve had an alert, we’ve been unable to verify etc to such degree i now just ignore the call centre. I think I’d rather go back to chip tag
