This new version integrates with the Apple Health app to make seamless data exchange possible in the following ways: * on setup, profile information is fetched from the Health App if the user allows it * the user's weight (a factor in D generation) is fetched on an ongoing basis, making it unnecessary to update it * the app will write vitamin D doses, including session information into the Health app You setup basic information one time, like your height and weight and skin type and then any time you are outside, during the prescribed hours (and parts of the year), you can have it compute the amount of D you are getting in a stopwatch interface. It will also track how long you can stay out and warn you when the time is up. The application will notify you with the next opportunity to generate vitamin D. Each day, you can see forecasts based on your location, and you can also see the solar position, your generated vitamin D vs. target etc. In the Pro version, you can see your exposures's history and you will be able to schedule future events for next exposures. But recently the ads have gotten so bad, I’ve literally never had an app this annoying with ads. Going to try other sun apps or go without because I can’t take it anymore. -- bseyshwa, 2025-10-26 ### **--- "Ads" The ads that pop up every two seconds that won’t allow me to X out of even when it shows up is highly annoying. Having to keep closing the app to see where my levels are to catch a two second glimpse before an ad pops up that I can’t get rid of is highly annoying. -- Lonewolf721, 2025-10-06 ### ***** "Thanks" It’s a nice app, thanks for making it! It’s helped me so much, I thought it didn’t have a setting for skin type but it does! It’s an excellent app 🙏 -- Abrahamthee, 2025-09-16 ### *---- "Ads make it almost unusable" This used to be a great app, and I’ve been using it for years, but the Ads make it almost unusable now. The ads pop up and they cannot be closed. I close and reopen the app and the same ad pops up again and cannot be closed. I don’t mind one pop up ad on a free app as long you’re able to X out of it. -- timberzack, 2025-09-01 ### ***-- "Good app, requires user opening it daily" I want the reminders of sun time and elevation changes without having to open the app every day. Why do apps keep implementing this “feature”? It’s beyond annoying. That’s what reminders are for! To encourage use not be driven by usage. Other than that this app does exactly what it advertises, and would be a perfect 5 stars from me if not for the lack of reminders/notifications. -- Apricat1, 2025-08-29 ### ***-- "Change d level" How do I change my D level it from start show me I’m already 38 -- Mainly4s, 2025-08-21 ### *---- "Annoying ads = boycott that ad co." Decent app although the button continuity suffers.. must swipe down to return to main screen. When the ad is too annoying we will boycott that product. It’s not hard to figure that out. Cut it down by 75% and sales will increase. And stress on the road will be less road rage from the collective annoyances daily. -- jparziale, 2025-08-12 ### *---- "Awful ads!!!" Awful ads!!! I deleted the app because of them. I paid the $1.99, and couldn’t use the app because every time I opened the app I couldn’t use it because of the ads. -- BlueSkiesBreck, 2025-07-21 ### ***** "Sun’s out but everything but my buns are out ☀️ (someone let me tan nude on a boat?)" I use dminder to track when it’s safe to sunbathe and produce vitamin D like a celestial reptile. It’s accurate, intuitive, and tells me exactly how long to stay in the sun based on my location and skin tone. Lately I’ve been trying to tan nude on a boat—yes, really—and dminder is my personal solar nutritionist. 🌞 Pros: • Tracks UV and vitamin D synthesis beautifully • Teaches me to respect the sun not fear it • Honestly feels spiritual 🚫 Cons: I’m not doing beta testing , UX , CX, or collaborating let’s work together :) honestly none of its. Great application. -- Jade Ann Byrne dot COM, 2025-07-20 ### ***** "Must Have" This is one of the best health and fitness related apps I have. I use this several times a day, and I cannot recommend it enough. It works great, pricing is more than fair, data collection policy is stellar. If I had a feature request for the future, it would be cool if you could adjust exposure settings to account for variable surfaces like sand or water or snow. Keep up the great work team, everyone else check out the app! -- WillF762, 2025-07-18 [View all D Minder Pro reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## D Minder Pro In-App Purchases | Item | Price | |------|-------| | DMinder Premium | $1.99 | ## D Minder Pro Discovered Keywords -
