## DADI CINEMA Reviews in Malaysia

### *---- "Cant receive code for registeration account"
Try many times , cant receive code for registeration account
-- Rainbow2310, 2024-12-03

### *---- "Worst Cinema App and Service"
Made a payment through the app via e-wallet. The app said “Different type seats have different fares” post payment. Upon arrival the service rep said that the seats were given away and offered different seats. Had to line up in queue to get service which almost made us late for the movie. This is clearly a massive inefficiency and the existence of this app should be banned until payment gateway is repaired. DO NOT DOWNLOAD!!!!
-- N8OS, 2024-04-13

### *---- "Stupid apps"
A apps that can’t select seat. What is the use of this app?
-- Kc1975z, 2024-02-10

### *---- "Faulty app"
Got stuck after seat selection with error message “time out”. Closing & reopening the app doesn’t work, deleting & reinstalling the app too doesn’t help. Please fix the bug!
-- Unknown 135, 2024-02-08

### *---- "Payment"
Why can’t make payments pls update software
-- Fionalomm, 2023-11-03

### *---- "No Pavilion Bukit Jalil"
No option found for booking at Pavilion Bukit Jalil cinema
-- ckchris3, 2023-08-11

### *---- "Unfriendly user experience"
This app is keep on loading forever and is able to open.
-- LRKKkkkk, 2023-06-28

### *---- "Very lousy app"
After the payment done and money deducted, the app shows not available for the movie ticket? The worst and lousy app I’ve ever encountered before. Wasting time to request refund and spoil my mood to spend time in your cinema.
-- Michael006007, 2023-04-22

### *---- "Stupid app that cheats customer"
This is the lousiest cinema app i ever use. I ordered the ticket and i arrived on time and the staff at entrance told me wrong cinema and said ya is common. The whole UI is so badly made customer will never notice from the screen that they ordering from the wrong cinema! And i never knew there exist a damen as i only went to pavilion only! Maybe it was your intention to cheat customer of buying more tickets
-- rgck, 2023-01-24

### *---- "Sign up problem"
Can’t even register to open up an account. I’m trying to buy a ticket but have to sign up. Stuck at entering my birthday after scrolling to my birthday dates then what? Can’t press anything other than back button and redo the whole process. Can’t move forward after entering birthday LOL
