They have truly helped us focus charting and educate both new and seasoned nurses. Years ago as we faced multiple medical reviews, the books helped my team prevent poor outcomes with reviews since we integrated into our education plan. The DAHN app is an extension of these guides, provides many additional resources, and makes charting to show eligibility so much easier. My team has been waiting for it’s release and they are loving it. We would recommend to all hospice nurses, new and experienced. I wish something like this was available when I started hospice.
