## DAIKIN Mobile Controller Reviews in Australia

### **--- "Good hardware bad software"
The machine itself is good but this app is a letdown
-- Pitiznz, 2024-12-28

### *---- "Disappointed that an expensive premium product doesn’t work"
Does not connect even when connected
-- Vtrain44, 2024-12-27

### ***** "Intuitive app"
Just installed my system two days ago and connected to the app today, easy enough even without WPS.

App GUI is clean, intuitive and provides all the features and information I’d need to know to control heating/cooling while out.

Users should keep in mind Aircon works hardest when first turned on and is more efficient just left on. Whilst an app for remote/away control is handy, using it to constantly turn aircon on/off is just going to cost a lot of money
-- JuzC, 2024-12-13

### *---- "Soooo slooooooooow"
Aside from the terrible user interface, clunky setup process, and lack of standard login options (eg google, apple, facebook etc) the app is painfully slow whether “in-home” or “not-in-home / out-of-home”. Come on Daikin, you can do better!
-- No Cage Eggs, 2024-12-12

### *---- "Dreadful"
The unit constantly drops out so have to turn the aircon off at the power switch and back on again. Agree with many other reviewers on how rubbish the whole experience is.
-- kariba68, 2024-11-30

### *---- "Great aircon, TERRIBLE app"
I dint understand how in this day and age, such a major (and normally quality) brand can have such a terrible app. It’s slow and clunky, not well integrated, and doesn’t allow full functionality of the physical remotes.
-- Micka_73, 2024-11-22

### *---- "Password reset button is missing"
This app is terrible. The forgot password button shown in the documentation on website doesn’t exist!
Has been lost during updates.
Now there is now way to reset an out of home password you have forgotten. Major oversight
-- scubaalb, 2024-11-17

### *---- "Needs an update"
This app is so old and clunky, it’s ridiculously slow to do basic functions such as on/off
-- Heyhey 88, 2024-11-13

### *---- "Zena model with I built wifi connection"
Got this installed today. To only find out that the app is useless in every single way. Doesn’t work at all for me. It doesn’t connect at all on the app I can connect to the private wifi but then nothing happens after that in the app. Tried everything. Followed the manual also. Still useless. This would get a 0 from me. Disappointing in the digital age of time we are in.
-- Charliebahh, 2024-11-05

### ****- "AliraX 2.5"
Need to tether App onto Daikin adapter is the only way I’ll work. Outofhome don’t work Other than that it’s not bad, on my iPhone 12
