I am their regular customer from last 5 years but I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience at Daily deli. First their app was not showing the Johar town location and then they weren’t taking our order on call or elsewhere.
1. Service: The staff was consistently rude and unhelpful. I was ignored for over 20 minutes before someone acknowledged me. When I finally got their attention, they acted as if I was inconveniencing them.
2. Quality: The shake offered were hot and poorly prepared.
3. Management: I tried to bring these issues to the attention of the management, but they were dismissive and offered no solutions. It seems that there is a systemic problem here that starts from the top.
Orders feedback
They dont read notes I told them without tomatoes and this is third time they send it with tomatoes
They SCAM you when you pay with Card.
Never pay with your card if you want to order something from the app. They don't deliver your food after accepting the payment from the card. And when you call their helpline number to complain, they never pick up the phone. Very disappointing service and attitude from them.
Cannot change address
I am not able to change my address on the app. It crashes every time I try to do it. So frustrating.
Additional taxes
You are charging 16% gst taxes on credit cards payment and also charges additional taxes and delivery fees. Also there is only Alfalah payment method you accept.
Staff discouraged the use of app and said you have to wait 10-15 minutes extra
App was developed for consumers benefits but staff of johar town lahore branch discouraged me to use app and told me you have to wait 10-15 minutes extra. While demanding information regarding the app and the loyalty point and 15% cash back (Mentioned on a ad) their behaviour was unacceptable. They were not even answering me.
Kindly invest on training and development of your staff. No doubt you have good taste but you can loose your customer by these actions.
Note:
I am a loyal customer of DD for a long time and i have never seen this type of unprofessional behaviour.
Worst App I Ever Used
Signed up today and tried placing an order. Had to give up after trying for 40 minutes.
In the first attempt, filled all the details on checkout page and clicked next, it kept on loading and nothing happened. So closed the app and it logged me out. Logged in again, Tried again and same issue.
So if one can’t even place an order, what’s the point of the app??
Noticed a few other crashes/bugs in the app as well. Quite frustrating.
Declining customer service and food quantity
Increasing amount and decreasing burger size, pathetic customer service
Unable to retrieve points
The screen goes grey and app hang when click on points selection menu, pls fix. ios
