If you are a fan of simplicity and you like having the extra nudge to let you know when to start and stop eating, this is the app for you.
I’ve made fasting a lifestyle in 2023; and for many who do this, they’ve done the research, read books and listen to the podcasts… this app is for you guys… you don’t need coaching or anything like that, you just want data tracking and simple reminders to keep you on track during a busy day! Most fasting apps are way to much… this one is not! It’s basic, data tracking and reminders… i use it because I work a robust schedule and I want to eat properly, the right amount of nutrients and so forth without; it’s easy to get buried in a project and miss your eating window… i hate stacking calories because i forgot to eat before 6; routine is what makes a fasting lifestyle work, it has to become a habit; but within that mindset, you need simple tools to help the process… this is that tool! this app has basic reminders like eating windows and so forth - The primary reason I chose this app; working in the field on a project, a reminder helps me create perspective about time frame so I eat routinely, again, this is how habits are formed. This app is great and is as advertised so far. Great work!
This app is clean and clutter-free. I tried a dozen intermittent fasting apps, and this is by far the best. I have been recommending this to friends.
Simple and straight forward. When to start eating and when to start fasting.
This is the clean and simple fasting timer I was looking for. No ads, no chaos and no extras. It does exactly what I need. It would be worth paying for it but it is free! Thank you.🙏
My doctor suggested this. I should have started this years ago. It is a lil confusing how to start but after a week I think I have it down. Start with just a few days. I am feeling better and I have lost a few pounds.
Simple and does it’s job. No junk and no tracking An Apple Watch complication would be amazing
Really like the simplicity, health apps can be overwhelming with all the options but it’s immediately obvious how to use this app and though the design is strong it doesn’t try to be overly clever like a lot of apps tend to be. My only suggestion is to add basic Apple Watch support, a countdown complication would be great. If that feature existed this would be stellar.
Simple. Understandable. Right to the point. 10/10
