Using thisApp to help with some habit stacking. I like that it’s simple to use and I get reminders on my phone and Apple Watch. So far Ive really enjoyed the reminders to keep me meeting my daily goals

You can also choose a dark theme for the app. Invite your friends to form healthy habits together.

Easy
I always try to meditate and exercise every day, but I'm too lazy to do that. When I got this app, I did it everyday! If you are looking for a new app that will help you get into new and good habits try something daily or try to set a goal and get it done.
