A reader for the longest time, 30 plus years, from free to paid, recently u can’t read the comments without getting angry. The page will turn and u can only read one a line or two when u are lying down. If I’m not wrong, it was ok before on landscape and we could read more comments.

Paid for monthly subscription and yet full of advertising

J-Nius on

Singapore

Full of advertisements after the latest update, despite paying for monthly subscription.

Get rid of the annoying advert for the game that has the stupid tune and some bozo shouting help

I like the articles but not the recent refusal free access and to subscribe with fee.hence I read CNN, BBC and every other free service before MailOnline. You shd earn your fees from the ads that keep bombarding our screens.

Greedy shameless news app

You need me to pay monthy for your garbage articles ? Fine, I delete it right away and look for better alternative

Too many ads

dzulfikarosman on

Don’t be so stupid to put a back to back 15 seconds advertisement when the app is a paid app. Rectify this quickly

Paid subscription but not working

GG Bear Grizz on

Singapore

Paid subscription but constantly said that my account is lapsed. Did all required troubleshooting but it is still not working

Scam app - although I have paid for subscription, I still cannot access the articles

Problem with use

Rich2706 on

Despite reporting issues with the app now more than 5 times nothing gets fixed. I just get sent the same repetitive copy and paste answer from someone called Sally who I doubt even exists An absolute joke!!!

Pay to read? No way.

Punybabe on

I’ve been a reader for the past few years and used it to catch up on world/US/UK and gossip news. It brought much laughter and enjoyment with their articles. Hence, it’s sad that they’ve now chosen to impose limits on their readers, forcing us to either keep in line with 20 readable articles, delete the app totally or pay up for subscriptions. I’m sorry to see it deteriorate to this stage but goodbye for now, at least till you decide to make it free for all once again.
