Tried to synch my calander to my google calander. After a few different goes it did not work. Delete!

I discovered Brite about a year ago and to this day I still use it every day and I love every one of its features. I no longer miss any important event in my life.
No monthly payment option
Downloaded the app but there was no monthly payment option and $79.99 up front after three days of free trial is just too expensive. ***There is a monthly subscription option but only the yearly subscription is offered when you go to subscribe. I only saw the monthly option when I went back into the App Store for $6.49.***
I want a refund
I have been trying to get in contact through my account for a month now. No response. There is so many issues and it’s really deceitful. Before I purchased they responded all my questions affirming that they were going to work on the issues. And as soon as I paid a whole year for it, they completely ignored me. I canceled my account and want my money back But still no response

I've been with Brite for a year or so and I love it! It is very convenient for everything and keeping track of your to-dos. Totally recommended!
Frustrating
I purchased this app as it looked perfect for what I needed. I have just been diagnosed with cancer and I wanted to keep a journal as well as that it could remind me when I have appointments. Sadly the first time I used it it malfunctioned. I wanted to watch the video on how to use this app to its fullest and it wouldn’t let me get back out of the YouTube “help” video. ALSO it said the yearly subscription would be $45 and then I was advised from Apple it would be $79.99…….. don’t need this kind of uncertainty at this point in time so sadly I’ve cancelled it. Such a rotten pity as it looked perfect for me
Great but needs more work.
Hi, this is a great all-in-one app and I’d honestly recommend it to everyone who doesn’t want an app for everything. Few problems though: 1) the habit tracker, calendar events, reminders don’t really work. If i accidentally ticked complete for habit tracker from yesterday, I can’t go back and undo this. Calendar events get set up for a different time than what I had set them to. Reminders never give me actual reminders. The issue doesn’t persist, but it does occur every now and then, frequent enough for me to not use those features at all which is a shame. 2) synching between my phone and iPad doesn’t really work sometimes. I think some issue arises from doing so that on a few occasions it actually doubled some of my events or it created like 50 copies of the same task that was set for today. 3) Main thing that’s been bugging me lately is that it keeps signing me out from both my iPad and my phone. When I sign in with the account I used to purchase subscription, it says the email address has already been registered with an account. I mean yes? Obviously? It’s my account? So why won’t it let me sign in? I haven’t been able to use it on my iPad since today and my phone since a week ago. It could be summed up as “the app’s not so smooth for use”. It has bumps here and there, it acts up every now and then, it even kicks me out of my own account. Otherwise a great app, and it would be even better if you can smooth out those bugs and what not. Also please have a look at my account or something, idk, let me use the app.
