What has happened to the comments articles?

No paper this morning.. why is that?

New app just doesn’t work on my iPhone As soon as you start to scroll down the page it crashes and I end up on my home page?

Fake news and fake headlines mostly imo. Waste of time

New app not good old system better

how do I start the crossword,since the format changed there is not way to start them

Don’t like the new layout very amateurish set up best the way it was before can we please have it sorted. Unhappy customer Edward Quinn

The previous version of the app was much more user friendly. Photographs could be enlarged to full size and the ease of use was generally very good. This latest version feels like a money saving downgrade. Can’t enlarge photos without losing resolution and the experience as a whole is nowhere near as good as the old version.

I very much enjoy the online version of theRecord and Sunday Mail. However, the new app has not been without its problems. There have been a number of times when it did not load the current version and the solution was to close down the app and start again or to wait until the issue has been resolved. Not major problems but an irritation nonetheless.
