Wonderful devotional App
I love Streams In The Desert App!
The daily devotionals speak to the depths of my soul more often than not.
The only thing I find puzzling is… why there are two Spurgeon quotes each day that are incomplete…
I’d love to be able to read the entire quote.
Maybe put one quote in two parts if need be rather than two incomplete quotes?
But, even if they don’t change this puzzling feature…
I still LOVE this devotional app!
Changes
You recently made changes to your app. I don’t like it at all. Quotes by someone other than the Word of God are not beneficial. I won’t be using it anymore
Problem with new format
It is not a smooth interface anymore and the layout is poor. When you tap for the next page there is a delay, in some instances when you tap twice to get it going it skips a page.
Please correct this, I use it daily. If it’s not corrected I will not use it. It loses the the plot so that defeats the purpose.
Leave it alone the format is fine
Put the app back the way it was I don’t like the new format. I’m not donating to something I don’t like
Streams in the Desert Review
Thank you for creating this app. I use this as my devotion nearly every morning. That said, this new update tends to lock up and freeze. When this happens I have to log completely out and start over. The three star review is for the app operation; otherwise, I give the content five stars.
Terrible
I deleted this app, and will never use it again. You’re trying to force people to pay for stuff and throwing all these curves, making it impossible to get to the reading! Shame on you for changing this app!!
Daily Stream
Amazing devotional, morning noon and night! Teaching me to be a better prayer warrior. It seems sometimes that Jesus, Himself is speaking to you.
Love Streams In The Desert App
This app is wonderful for the most part!
I love how I can rearrange the page to my preferences.
There are only two things I wish were different.
1. On the part with the picture where it slowly shows the scripture, the daily quote then the two quotes by Charles Spurgeon… yesterday it let me move through those pages at my own speed!
It’s done that only once that I know of but, I would love it if you put that feature there all the time.
2. The other thing is…. the two Charles Spurgeon quotes are unfinished ?? That’s seems quite peculiar ?? I can’t imagine why the quote is cut off. 🤔
Other than these two things, I love the app!
Streams In The desert is one of my two very favorite devotionals.
My other favorite is My Utmost For His Highest but, I haven’t found an app for that one.
Thank you for this wonderful devotional app!
Ad Problems
This app is great but when the ads pop up you can’t reach the X at the top to click out once you’re done watching the ad! Fix this…
No sound
I rely on the audio feature but it won’t work on my phone.
