## Daily Thrive by Vicky Justiz Reviews in United States

### ***** "Best workout app! With real results !!"
I love this app so much have been doing her workouts for years, but now to have app where I can start challenges and programs to be consistent is great plus you get workouts that you wouldn’t get on YouTube perks of having the app and supercheap 💜🥹🥰thank you Vicky
-- castillotrio, 2026-08-31

### ***** "Keeps me motivated!!"
I always struggle to stay consistent, the second something throws off my morning routine I have such a hard time getting back into exercising. But honestly daily thrive has helped me so much, I’ve taken a few breaks and stopped using the app in the past and every single time I get out of my routine but when I have the app there is such a diverse amount of exercises so even if I’m feeling tired or out of it one day I just follow along with a more chill mobility and stretch video. I mostly love the Pilates style but often times I do the heavy weights and I feel the burn every timmeeee!! If you’re thinking about getting this app, just do it. She has such a fun and hilarious personality and I feel like I’m working out with my bestie 🩷
-- ashh.love, 2026-08-28

### ***** "I quit LA fitness and switched to Daily Thrive!"
Loving the challenging workouts, the app is VERY user friendly, and the community feels right to me. Vicky is the one!!
-- Natpatbru, 2026-08-15

### ***** "Been with Vicky for 9 years"
I love Vicky !! You are the reason I am fit lol thank you to you and your beautiful family
-- MonS18000, 2026-08-05

### ***** "No more excuses to not workout!"
No gym membership? That’s okay! No motivation? Vicky is going to provide the pep talk you need. You want workouts that are flexible for your busy life? It’s easy to find what area you want to work and for how long. You want programs that will keep you on track to reach your goals? You’ll have a good selection for that too. No equipment? Vicky has you covered! I went from never working out to looking forward to it every day. It’s been two months and I feel more fit and stronger every week. This app has truly helped me feel like I’m accomplishing something. The biggest thing Vicky has helped with is keeping me aware of my form. I love the reminders mid exercise to squeeze or tuck or to connect with certain muscles. I’ve tried another app and never witnessed emphasis on form before (I’m talking to you Nike). Form is everything, without form you’re just wasting your energy.
-- B Rue, 2026-08-03

### ***** "A Realist and Relatable Coach!"
I have been following Vicky for about 10 years once she started on YouTube. She always has stayed true to herself and has been vulnerable about life challenges. She genuinely cares about people on meeting their fitness goals and is very relatable with her content. Her workouts always make me break a sweat and are easy to follow. She will meet you at wherever you are whether you are a beginner or more advanced. Super happy to be by her side all these years. She is someone who is a realist and gives great advice. 10/10 recommend Vicky to be your fitness coach!! Thank you Vicky!

### ***** "Loveee this app"
I’ve been using Daily Thrive for over four years, and I truly can’t say enough good things about it! Vicky is an incredible instructor—she’s so relatable, motivating, and genuinely fun to work out with. The workouts fly by, and before you know it, your body starts to change.

I love the variety of workouts, both old and new, and the app makes everything so easy to follow along with. No matter your fitness level, there’s always something that keeps you challenged and engaged. I absolutely love Daily Thrive and highly recommend it to anyone looking for enjoyable, effective workouts!
-- Siddrah717, 2026-07-27

### ***** "Obsessed"
Been following Vicky for years. Her workouts are the only ones that keep me motivated and entertained. I love that her personality shines through and she never fakes anything or hides her struggles. Love someone who can make mistakes, show they’re out of breath, and still have fun! The app is esthetically pleasing, and easy to use. Plus her cute cats make appearances all the time!
-- sricciardi87, 2026-07-26

### ***** "Love this app."
I’ve been loving Daily Thrive. It’s super convenient for us moms on the go that have limited time. The recipes are also delicious and easy to prep!
