I would always say I don’t have enough time. This is my excuse for not getting in shape with five minute workouts, I can sneak a workout in anytime I have five minutes.
Also, it works with Apple health, which makes it easier to talk how much I got done.

Great for someone who has no time to go to the gym but wants to stay in shape. I have been using this app for more than 10 and I still like.
Still the best workout app!!
I have had this for several years and still rate it the best. I tried others, free and paid, but always end up deleting them. This program is simple but contains every exercise I need/want. I can build my own routines depending on what I want or just tap on the ready made ones. I finally got the developers yoga app after trying 2 others. Love it.
Problem with family sharing
I enjoy this app and have had great success in developing upper body strength. I want to share it with my family. It says it supports family sharing, but the app doesn’t show up. How do I fix this issue?

This app is superb. The videos are a great help.
Full body
There was no sound. Periodically the girl would say the name of the exercise. There needs to be music and a prompt a few seconds before that exercise is over. Not enjoyable at all
