How to Check Your Pulse:
- First, hold your phone and keep it still.
- Stay calm and take a breath when taking your heart rate.
- To measure an accurate heart rate, put your index finger's tip on the phone's back camera lightly.
SUBSCRIPTION NOTES:
- We provide the week, month, and year subscription.
- You can subscribe for unlimited access to all app’s features.
- Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.
- Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

it measures my heart rate and blood O2 so that way I know I’m healthy it’s also super useful after exercise 5 stars

I seen that you have to pay for the app so I decided not to continue . but it’s still trying to take $$ from my account. 👎🏼 doesn’t even deserve one ⭐️
A really useful app
I think this will come in handy for me in the future to keep track of my health!
Inaccurate HR Rate Messurement
Using PulseOX meter on left index finger at same time using App on right index finger PulseOX showed accurate HR of 59 to 63 BPM while app showed HR of 85 to 100 BPM. Tired over 20 times re positioning finger on camera not once was this App correct. Would not spend the money for this app.
