One told me it was a technical issue on there end and the others have told me is changes with my employer I have updated everything with them and nothing is being fixed. This one is absolutely by far the worst. Your earnings are supposed to update within 24 hours after you work a shift? Yeah right. It’s now been 96 hours with over 30 hours worked in that time and still showing zero earnings. Weird since I was definitely there at working clocking in and out every day! My other job’s app updates the same day. Customer service for this app is nonexistent. You get through an AI chat and then get multiple emails two days later asking if you still need help. Then you reply and get the exact same email back asking if you still need help. I’ve voiced my strong dislike for this app to my employer because we just started using it and it’s terrible. You should be able to enjoy your full check on payday not a day or week early. I understand if you need the advances early on in certain circumstances but in the end all it does is causes a financial loop. Of course, all of my financial decisions are my responsibility. But the fact of matter that this app makes so much money on people who are in need of the extra cash when times are hard, is unbelievable. One day it’s only $25 that becomes $100 then becomes $400. This has happened to me for months and have spent hours on the phone all together to end up still confused. Then once pay day comes all the “info” disappears so it is hard to track the transaction. Over all yes, you can get some of your money early, but you would just be better off with a piggy bank. As an employer or company I hope you do not trust this company with your employees livelihood or there will be problems undoubtedly. Update: I go into the setting and go to “contact us” and now when I click the chat or call option the whole app logged me out.
