Sadly, across the board this new update has become unusable. Crashes continuously, unable to fully stream podcasts or video. Does not save where media is paused. No good recently played section. When unplugging from CarPlay or headphone will immediately start playing video or podcast over the phone speaker. Needs a revamp. Great content poor IT.

Before the latest update the shows portion of the app was serviceable, not near the same quality as Spotify but it was fine. This latest update is trash. App constantly logs out mid show listen now and is quite delayed in reopening. From an app I visit multiple times daily and pay $400+ (CAD) yearly for a subscription this is a very disappointing development and frankly is making the idea of canceling the subscription entirely and just listening to the shows on YouTube or Spotify more enticing every time I got logged out.

This app refuses to refund if you forget to unsubscribe and has all automated support. Very inhuman feeling and really is embarrassing considering the amount of content that promotes teaching about how to be a good person. 
I regret getting it and regret paying for it. Watch the stuff for free on YouTube instead.

### ***-- "It’s great, but a little clunky for listening to videos as background"
I really enjoy the app and content. My problem with it is that if you are watching/listening to something and get booted out of the app, it doesn’t keep track of your place in the video/podcast. You start at the beginning and have to search for you place. The other issue of that you can only stream the offerings from the site. It would be nice to be able to download the chosen video/podcast so you can listen without wifi or data.

I let my subscription lapse in July. Renewed recently and still see the same issues.

I wish the app could remember where how far you have played content. Most episodes are at least one hour long and most people can sit at once to consume all of it without stops. In some cases, I just find it easier to watch the free content on YouTube because I can come back the next day right at the spot where I left.
