Doesn’t work
Can’t submitted a request for quarter of a year. App is useless.
Deserves negative stars
Can’t get past the map screen. Sales Force.com should be ASHAMED of this app. What a joke. Shorting their stock.
App doesn’t work
app constantly gets stuck and freezes when trying to submit service requests. Have tried to reset multiple times. This app should not be on the App Store.
No longer works
Latest update is non functional. Opening tickets does not work
An essential tool
I appreciate having a mobile app so that I can report issues when I’m on the go. My only complaint about the app is that I always get an error message when trying to save my phone number to my profile. It’s be nice to not have to type it in for every request.
Useless
The app is horrible. Never works. Seems like the city of Dallas does this to avoid having to deal with the issues. What a joke.
Crashes before submission of request
Horrible app. Functionality on desktop is better and quicker. After inputting a request, app crashes when tapping submit. This has been going on for three weeks if not longer. Embarrassing for a city as big as Dallas to not have a better experience for residents.
Does not work
Map used to pinpoint location you want to report produces invalid addresses. Screen goes blank progressing report screens.
Absolutely useless
App doesn’t work. Constantly freezes and location system is buggy. Also, most requests aren’t able to be submitted in the app and tell you to call 311. What’s the point of the app if you’re going to force people to call?
