## Dallas Mavericks Official Reviews in United States

### *---- "Bad For Watching Games"
If you try using the app to watch the games after they have started or after they’re over then you’re out of luck. Not only does the score immediately pop up when you open the app, but after you’ve paid $125 for the streaming service you can’t even log in to it it just spins and spins and never loads to let you log in. Biggest waste of $125 I have ever spent. Used to watch every game back and Bally and still try to but they make it impossible for someone to watch a game if you have a life and don’t watch it live as it’s happening.
-- JoshHall24, 2025-01-02

### *---- "Needs ability to find local network devices"
Like with all streaming applications there should be an ability to find local network devices to stream to TV devices (cable/satellite box etc). I’m paying for MavsTV to watch Mavs games. I have to watch Mavericks games on my iPhone until this app gets updated.
-- dcarey7108, 2024-12-28

### ***** "LETSM GO MAVS"
The mavs are the best team in the NBA, no doubt about it. LETS GO MAVS. #CHAMPIONS
-- Jordan Akas, 2024-08-29

### *---- "App Not Working"
I have not been able to use the app for 3 months. I have deleted and reinstalled 4 times. When I open it. It immediately disappears. I have been trying to get developer help. No response.
-- SadCrusher, 2024-04-28

### *---- "Not consistent recently. Deleted it."
For this season, I have experienced issues with information being updated. Most notably, I have been unable to sell my tickets via the app. I had to go via a computer so I deleted that app since there is no use for it.

Also, there is no support for the app. You can’t submit an issue or look into getting it resolved. I hope they at least look at reviews.

Error I receive: “The data couldn’t be reached because it isn’t in the correct format”
-- Sim12345555006, 2024-04-10

### *---- "App Crashes"
The app used to work in previous years and was convenient for downloading tickets before the games. But all season long (2023-24) it has not worked. Everytime you open it it crashes. And when you report to your account rep they just tell you to use the website. Even asked to talk to tech team to walk through what was happening, they did not care.
-- t0dds w0rld, 2024-04-07

### *---- "Constant issues"
It amazes me how a billion dollar corporation can have such a horrible app. I show tickets from December on one of the phones I have the app on. On my regular phone all of January shows and it won’t update. I deleted, as I’ve been instructed to do before, and now none of my tickets show and there is an error to refresh. The web works, even though it’s as slow as dial-up. How in the world is the data in the wrong format and cannot be read? Time for a new development team or new company to build a better app. Also, you click on app support and it goes to the main Mavs page. My kids could make a better app.
-- Thejethro33, 2024-03-03

### *---- "Gets worse with every update"
quite possibly one of the worst apps I’ve ever used. It seems to get worse with every update. It’s unfortunate because it’s the only way to sell off games I can’t attend. The app is bad enough that I will not be renewing my season tickets next year.
-- Upset ED Doc, 2024-01-29

### *---- "Mavs app won’t even let me in"
Hi I just wanted to say that the Mavs app won’t even let me get into it anyone have a solution or should I delete it
-- Nightlymlg, 2023-12-21

### *---- "Totally Ruined"
Says app is being worked on. Virtually non usable and is pretty much a waste of time.

Deleted app from phone.
