Hard to fault. But… We have a big American truck so always use pick up. Should be a large vehicle parking space. Got served after 2 people who arrived after me a few weeks ago (first world problems I know). Had a dodgy bottle of Prosecco that was never refunded. Dan points should mean something. I know we get member specials but come on Dan, have a look at my history. Tailored specials based on what we like and buy would be good. I could go on. But you guys are my go to!

Fantastic delivery. The only thing I have a problem with is that I broke my neck and I have permanent plates and screws. In addition, unfortunately I have Parkinson’s.  Balance and 60% use of my left arm.  I’m left handed. I have difficulty carrying in my orders, despite explaining to the driver, my conditions are obvious.  Nevertheless, they are very punctual and check my ID. They are very pleasant, despite my challenges.  I guess that’s the way society is today.

After I log in I’m prompt to add my phone number for “security purposes “. I don’t want to add my phone number but there’s no way for me to skip this step. 

I don’t see why it’s necessary, all I use the Dan app for is to browse and add drinks to a wish list. If you want to add security then use something like “google authenticator”.
