## Danby Reviews in Canada

### **--- "From good to bad to horrific"
It worked for a little while and then suddenly stopped working and no matter what we did to try and correct the issues it just kept kicking us out. Tried to reach out to their Customer Service and realized that it isn’t really customer service but more like do this, do that, and if that doesn’t work then, too bad. Thanks, I will pass on this low budget app from a multimillion dollar company!

### ***** "Danby device app works well"
Controlling Dehumidifier with Schedules and for monitoring works very well.
-- RCChandler, 2024-07-12

### *---- "Wifi, nope"
Can’t connect to wifi.
Nightmare
-- Penhead, 2024-07-05

-- PascalMST, 2024-06-24

### *---- "Everything is written in greek or finland"
Everything is written in greek and finland
-- Bobbie hore, 2024-06-20

### **--- "Pump button is not working when bucket is full"
Pump button is disabled and not working when bucket is full. I have to go to my basement and press the pump button on dehumidifier.
I did not get notifications when bucket is full.
-- dw20240526, 2024-05-27

### *---- "No Notifications?"
Very disappointed that you cannot set up notifications like when dehumidifier is full or humidity level is high.
-- TenaciousDMAN, 2024-05-24

### *---- "Useless"
Used to be able to connect my portable ac unit. Now it’s nothing but ‘Configuration Fail’. This app is just a ripoff of the Midea app.
-- SamJones14, 2024-05-12

### *---- "scam app would look better"
part of the app displays with Cyrillic.
First confirmation email from an unknown domain failed and was completely written in Cyrillic, no English, no French. Second email was similar, ends as spam but allowed to verify account. First trying to add a device failed telling i was not connecter to the device wifi while i was…
-- Jpp5673, 2024-01-09

### ***** "Get this if you have the Danby dehumidifier"
Set up was fast less than 5 min including account creation. I wanted to turn off the dehumidifier without getting out of bed and this app did its thing!
