Voice was out of sync with videos. Most of the music are without singing. Videos look unprofessional. Regret purchasing
Not a reliable and not a transparent App
Deducted money without my consent . And not reply my email about account deletion . Pls response ASAP. Guys!! Try to avoid this app. I have found similar issues from other customers as well. They repeatedly answered the same, yet this has been happening again and again. My purchase is not reflected on the apple purchase as well.
Charged for the subscription even though I cancelled
Tried out this app and realised it wasn’t for me and cancelled. Checked my subscriptions on Apple and it did not show up. But I still got charged on my card!!! You really need to improve on your interface to make it clearer to unsubscribe. Also, I’d appreciate getting my money back because I had already stopped subscription.
Why am i charged for subscription when I was not informed?
I checked Apple subscription and there wasn’t any active subscription for this app. I tried searching on the app, there’s no information indicating that I subscribed to anything. Please kindly contact me as there is no information available at all, not even to cancel any subscription. Thanks!
