LOOK HERE IF YOU WANT A REFUND
The app is a scam, so does their customer service. It was my fault that I didn’t read the reviews before purchasing, most of the positive reviews are left in order to get the free trial. After you made the purchase you will realise it’s the worst app ever. I won’t explain in details as I saw many other users already did. I then contacted the customer service immediately for a refund, after almost 10 emails back and forth they rejected my request due to their “T&C”. But after I told them I have no choice but to leave a negative review they immediately accepted the refund. And guess what, in their email to teach me how to request a refund, I realised you do not even need to talk all these nonsense with the customer service at all! You can simply apply for refund under Apple Support - Billing and Subscriptions and Apple will refund you within 24 hours! I hope my review will help all those who fell into this scam and couldn’t get out.
