Link er en synliggørelse af hvor dybt utroværdig Danfoss som virksom er, og samtidig hvor ligeglade de er med deres kunder. De sætter et system på markedet som aldrig har fungeret ordentligt, og ender så med at svigte deres kunder ved at forlade systemet og alle de kunder der har brugt tusindvis af kroner på det.
Dybt kritisk og utroværdigt af en stor virksomhed som burde have et anerkendt omdømme.
Vælg aldrig et produkt fra Danfoss når der er andre alternativer

App’en virker er enormt ustabil og starter kun rigtigt op ca hver anden gang ellers går den bare i stå.
Jeg gætter på den egentlige udvikling af produktet stoppede, lige så hurtigt de kom igang.
Jeg købte det tilhørende produktet pga navnet, da jeg så havde stor tiltro til egenskaber og funktion men den fejl begår jeg ikke igen, sådan som det kører nu, så bliver det ikke Danfoss igen

Unable to get the app to work. The CC is connected to my home network (strong connection) the phone as well, but regardless of how many times I reset settings or try to set it up it always fails with “Password fails, obtain a new password”. And I am standing in front of the planet and can see the password as I am entering it on my phone. It seems the application was designed by engineers and not by people knowing how a user interface should work. What a pity.

### **--- "I bør opdatere jeres system"
Har ejet jeres varmesystem siden 2019 og der er lavet én firmware opdatering i Link systemet og stort set ingen opdateringer af app.

Mit system er koblet sammen med ventilationssystemet fra Danfoss ,men hvorfor pokker kan jeg ikke styre det fra min telefon hvis jeg fx vil justere blæsehastighed.

Der skal jeg bruge Link hovedenheden.??

Nu har jeg 2 gange inden for et halv år mistet forbindelsen til anlægget. Det har ellers kørt påklageligt ind til der i flere år? Mon det skyldes manglende kompatibilitet til iPhone 🤔
