I like that it can provide a fixed fare so there’s no surprises. However it’s not 5-stars for me as the app crashed just as I slid the button to book. When I reopened the app, there was no indication that the booking request had gone through or that a booking was in progress, so I rebooked. After booking, I was assigned a driver and the app showed me their location on the in-app map. Imagine my surprise when 2 taxis showed up since there was no indication the first booking had happened when the app crashed, as when I reopened the app there was no info about the assigned driver on the map that I got when the booking when through the second time. Luckily I didn’t enter payment info and indicated that I’d pay the fare in the taxi, so I didn’t get billed twice. The lady driver was great though - she helped us with our bags and kept insisting it was too much when I paid her a little extra at the end of the trip.
