The worst and slowest app ever
Unprofessional
I placed an order and they kept rescheduling because the items weren’t available even though I chose “cancel item if not available”. The app crashes a lot and is very slow.

المفروض أوقاتها تكون لين ما تقفلون وش استفدت الحين إذا تقفل الساعه ٥ الليل وأنا طالبه ٨ ؟ الطلب له ساعه وما تحدث حالته ومافي رقم ولا واتس ولا شي يعني انتظر لمتى ؟ سوو خدمة عملاء خاصه للطلبات الاونلاين
تطبيق فاشل ودعم افشل
سويت اوردر ووصلني نصف الطلب فقط يقولو مافي كميات علماً انه الصنف متاح في التطبيق وخصمو مني قيمة التوصيل مع انه كان يوم ثلوث يعني توصيل مجاني وبخصوص رمز الاحالة اللي استعملته من صديق كمان هو ماجاه العشرين ريال اللي يتكلمون عنها بعد اول طلب لي
The App Needs Lots of Work
I've been sending feedback non-stop for over a year, but with no luck. The app is not highly functional, crashes often, products' status are not up to date and not in sync with your database, browsing is slow, and it feels like a prototype rather than an official app for a well known establishment such as The Danube co. I can see that it went through changes and updates, but it still needs lots of work. The first it did when I reinstalled it, is crashing down. Which instantly reminded me of why I uninstalled it in the first place.
