I was listening to boost your confidence in 30 days. But when I came back k session 6 was gone. & the only one that shows up is session 1. It is too difficult to do any sessions that have more than you can listen to at one time because you can’t access them again. Stressful!

I’ve downloaded over 20 apps and found this one the most helpful.  Had to do free trials to figure out what I wanted and I’m so glad this ones was there, I have severe anxiety and panic attacks in the car. I don’t drive anymore but need to do this for my health and my husband’s sanity. He’s been great and was trying to get medication but that hasn’t worked for one reason or another. I was feeling so hopeless having full blown panic attacks everyday for the last 3 weeks, went to the Hospital twice along with regular doctor, scared to take medicine and nothing else was helping. I was given a few other apps by friends but none were helping. Best self help I have found. I got the lifetime subscription which is basically the cost of two counseling sessions with a regular practitioner, and it is immensely helpful in my daily and acute struggles. I can refer back to things as often as needed and really vibe with the whole approach. I would recommend to anyone struggling with anxiety and panic.
