This eye-care extension enables night mode creating dark themes for websites on the fly. Dark Reader inverts bright colors making them high contrast and easy to read at night. It perfectly suits to system dark mode.
Choose the best color scheme to fit your display, toggle individual websites.
Before you install disable similar extensions. Activate Dark Reader in Safari Settings. Enjoy watching!

Works as expected!
I'm really glad an extension like this exists, and works without any problems!
The only thing I would add as a functionality is an option to filter sites more precisely (for example google maps takes a long time to invert colors, but I'd like other google sites to be inverted).
Thanks for your work!
Perfect!
Perfect app, very useful!
great on chrome; badly restricted on safari
e.g. no way to change settings for a sub-page on a site which disqualifies it e.g. in google docs where documentc conversion is very usefull whereas sheets much less
After update (1.3.2) app is near perfection
New release resolved almost all previous problems.
Developer responds very quickly to submitted issues and bugs.
Worth money as there is no (known to me) alternative for safari
Works good, however...
Tool is great, does the job well, however since it's closed source (as compared to versions for Firefox and Chrome), I'm concerned about excessive network traffic reported by Little Snitch app.
Privay Policy says it's all good, but when evaluating Dark Reader on Firefox, Little Snitch did not report any traffic from it. For now I've disabled the plugin and am awaiting some clarifications from developer before I ask for a refund.
