## Darna Rewards by Aldar Reviews in United Arab Emirates

### *---- "Totally disappointed and vague information"
Letting people run in circles for information .. Al Dar doesn’t provide a proper support for this ..
-- bushairkp, 2024-11-23

### ***** "Very good app"
Let you be happy while you are shopping
-- Rafedaa, 2024-10-21

### *---- "Lack of"
I am writing to express my deep frustration with your lack of response to the multiple emails I have sent over the past 10 days.

I have made several attempts to contact you regarding my account negative balance explanation, yet I have received no reply, acknowledgment, or resolution to date.

This level of unresponsiveness is completely unacceptable, especially for a company that claims to prioritize customer service.
-- poke bar, 2024-10-02

### ***** "Best loyalty app in the region"
I really enjoy this loyalty app, especially getting points without using app, only we have to link card and use their malls or partners brands. And there are multiple options to redeem, to your bank card, as gift card, vouchers and donate. So Darna App is very special who is living in abudhabi region. And thanks for ALDAR.
-- rafael mic, 2024-09-18

### *---- "Refund"
I bought a card from yas mall and i put some money after 7 day my balance is zero even I didn’t use that
-- Sufi7342, 2024-09-08

### ****- "Great app."
It’s a great app hope for more services for the platinum. Also found a bug that changes the date of birth every time you update your personal information.
-- akhalshamsi, 2024-08-20

### ***** "Amazing application ,"
Amazing and outstanding application which I have learned alot from the latest instgram posts
-- Hamda al hashmi, 2024-08-16

### ***** "The best loyalty program"
An amazing loyalty program with many benefits
-- By.eissa, 2024-08-13

### ***** "Darna reward app is simply amazing"
Great app
-- Carlajurdi, 2024-08-13

### *---- "The app automatically turns your points to a voucher & doesn't allow for a cash refund"
This app and the customer service are terrible. The app automatically turns the points to vouchers, even when you choose the cash-back option.
-- Safiya Ahmed, 2024-08-02
